Biography Edit

Allison is an accomplished archer and gymnast.

Her family life is difficult. Before her death, Her mother was given to fits of rage. Her father is over protective while Allison has a bit of a rebellious streak.

She is friends with both Lydia Martin and Jackson Whittemore.

She often finds herself torn between her love for her former boyfriend, Scott McCall, and her allegiance to her family.

She has trust issues after months of deception perpetrated by her family and, to a lesser extent, Scott.

Season 1 Edit

Allison moves to Beacon Hills with her family and on her first day in school meets Scott. There is instant chemistry between the couple. Allison meets Lydia and instantly becomes friends with her and Jackson. Allison hits a dog with her car and comes to the vet clinic and asks Scott for help. They flirt while he cares for the animal and then asks her to a party. At the party, Scott wolfs out and leaves. Allison catches a ride home with Derek Hale. Allison and Scott plan a date for after the lacrosse game. The jacket she'd left in Derek's car reappears in her locker. Scott falls off Allison's roof while stalking her. Her father hits him with the car. After the game Allison and Scott make out in the locker room. (read more...)

Allison's father, using the animal attacks and curfew as an excuse, forbids her to go out. She jumps out her window and goes bowling with Scott, Lydia and Jackson. She's a great bowler. Allison's Aunt, Kate Argent, arrives in town. Scott and Allison study then make out in her room. She explains that she is a champion archer and her father sells guns. They kiss again and are caught by her father. Kate insists Scott stay for dinner. It is an awkward meal. Allison's father seems openly hostile toward Scott. On her seventeenth birthday, Aunt Kate gives her a silver medallion with the Argent family crest. It shows a large snarling wolf and arrows. Kate tells Allison to “look it up” and find out what it means. Scott and Allison skip school to spend the day wandering in the woods. They return to school during Parent/Teacher conferences and are confronted by Mr. and Mrs. Argent and Melissa McCall. Allison's dad shoots a mountain lion in the school parking lot. (read more...)

Allison ended her relationship with Scott in Night School, due to trust issues. She managed to avoid him in Lunatic. In Co-Captain, Allison begins to soften toward Scott. Kate Argent reveals the family secret by showing her Derek Hale as a werewolf.

In Formality, she is initially shaken up about it, but gets over it and practices her archery on a wanted poster of Derek. She begins to focus on the Winter Formal and goes to the dance with Jackson, due to persistence from Scott for Jackson to protect her from Peter Hale. Eventually Allison ends up dancing with Scott. He kisses her and she asks, why did he do that? Scott admits that he loves her and they embrace with another kiss. Allison takes Scott outside so they can be alone. Later, Scott (through her father attacking him) reveals he is the second beta.

In Code Breaker, her parents attempt to send her and Kate to their home in Washington, but Kate gets her in on the hunt for the Betas. She shoots Derek twice with arrows and is about to shoot Scott, who tries to explain how he tried to protect her. However, she says she doesn't believe him. Only when Kate tries to kill Scott, does Allison finally change her mind. Kate is stopped by Chris Argent, who confronts Kate with her involvement in the Hale family house fire. Then she witnesses Peter Hale rip out her aunt's throat. Allison played a part in killing Peter Hale. With her cross bow, she shoots the self-igniting Molotov cocktail in Peter's hand and he begins to be burned alive. After Peter is incapacitated, Allison approaches Scott gently. Despite Scott being in werewolf form, Allison kisses him, turning him back into a teenager. When asked why she did that, her answer is that she loves him. At the end, she is last seen kissing Scott on her roof, showing she doesn't care he's a werewolf.

Season 2 Edit

With her father holding Scott at gunpoint, Allison promises to never see him again. Despite this, the couple continue to date. They meet at Allison's house while her parents are away. When Lydia goes missing, she joins Scott and Stiles searching for her. She attends her aunt's funeral and meets her grandfather, Gerard. (read more...)

Derek believes Lydia is the kanima and Allison, Scott, Stiles and Jackson end up trying to protect her. Allison get Ms. Morrell to translate a portion of the bestiary. She later disables Erica with a crossbow bolt coated with kanima venom. (read more...)

Allison keeps Lydia in the dark about werewolves. Later her mom shows up as a substitute and warns that if she can't stay strong and stay away from Scott they'll have to kill him. She and Scott make out while they are supposed to be guarding Jackson. He escapes. Lydia re-translates the bestiary and Allison realizes that Jackson is being controlled. (read more...)

Trying to convince Jackson that he is being controlled and killing people, Allison confronts him in the locker room. He becomes violent and she fights him off. Allison is sent to detention with the rest of the gang. Jackson transitions to the kanima and threatens them. (read more...)

When Chris shows Allison the most recent victims of the kanima, he tells her how the family is responsible because they know of the supernatural and it is there job to protect those who can't protect themselves. Later, at the rave party her and Scott have fight because Allison tipped the hunters to Jackson's wereabouts. Matt tries to kiss her. (read more...)

Allison finds pictures of herself on Matt's camera and realizes he's a stalker. At Lydia's birthday party she drinks wolfsbane laced punch and hallucinates a tougher version of herself killing her and calling her weak. Her mother kills herself and she arrives at the hospital in tears. (read more...)

Allison finds out that Derek is responsible for her mother's bite and suicide. She leads the hunters on an attack of the Sheriff's station. (read more...)

Allison and her father use recorded wolf howls to draw Boyd and Erica into the woods at night. Once she catches them, she shoots Erica with an arrow to the leg. When Boyd comes to help, she shoots him six times in the arm, leg and chest. (read more...)

After the hunt, she and and Chris argue on what happened recently to the family. She claims he should be proud that she's doing what he wants. He retorts that she's doing what Gerard wants. Later she is present during the warehouse battle.She tries to kill Isaac with a two-handed knife attack She then goes to attack Derek, but the kanima stops her. When Gerard comes out with his master plan, she realizes what he truly wants. After the battle she breaks up with Scott, but he reassures her that he'll wait for her. (read more...)

Season 3Edit

After four months, part of it spent in France, Allison and her father have moved into a new house and have given up werewolf hunting in order to start over. She's not heard from Scott at all in her absence. She is drawn back into supernatural events (and to Scott's side) after a deer smashes into Lydia's car and a flock of birds crashes through her English class. A mysterious girl then approaches her at school looking for Scott. (read more...)

Allison tracks the meaning of the symbol on her arm. She and Derek exchange words about the death of her mother. She figures out the symbol is an abandoned banks logo and breaks in on her own. Ms. Morrell makes her hide in a closet to avoid The Alpha Pack. Once the fighting starts Allison saves Derek and Scott. (read more...)

Allison decides to help catching Boyd and Cora, after learnig that her mother tried to kill Scott before her death. She sets a trap and uses her blood to draw the werewolves in. Allison helps Isaac to trap Boyd and Cora inside the school by shooting flash bolts at them. (read more...)

The Name Edit

The name Argent is an evolved version of the Latin term argentum which means “silver”. Argent also means silver in French.

This may refer to the family’s long history of hunting werewolves, since silver is highly lethal for werewolves in the legends, and has been used by the hunters for killing them.
