Caitlin Dechelle is an American actor, stunt performer and martial artist who portrayed one of the Dread Doctors in Season 5 of MTV's Teen Wolf.

Early LifeEdit

Dechelle was born and raised in Miami, FL. At age 8 she began her martial arts career and at age 13, she began a long association with Mike Chat, the founder of XMA. They would travel worldwide spreading the XMA Brand in martial arts. While attending the University of Central Florida, she decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming an actress.

Over the past 14 years, she has earned over 85 international martial arts World Titles. Upon arriving in LA, she kept busy teaching at XMA, doing stunts in films and on television shows and began studying acting.


Her first starring role as an actor came from Champions of the Deep for an independent company and later caught the attention of Jackie Chan. He personally chose her to co-star with him in his film, Chinese Zodiac.

She then did a guest starring roles such as Nickelodeon's Supah Ninjas as Rose and the blockbuster film Furious 7 as a bodyguard.

Being famous for her stunt work, Dechelle has worked on television shows like Pretty Little Liars, Bones, Castle and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, and films like John Carter, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Teen WolfEdit

Before having an official role on the show, Dechelle had mostly been involved with stunt work since Season 3.

She worked as a stand-in for Felisha Terrell during Kali's fight scenes due to her work as a martial artist.

She also performed stunts for Shelley Hennig (The Dark Moon, 117, Required Reading), Jill Wagner (A Promise to the Dead, Smoke & Mirrors), and Crystal Reed (Letharia Vulpina, De-Void).

Dechelle left the show midway through shooting for the second half of Season 5 before moving to London. Her role as the "The Geneticist" when to over to Elisabeth Carpenter for the final episodes.
