043013 - Stiles Video
Teen Wolf Official is a sadist!
They teased us HOURS AGO about a new Stiles video and then waited until like 8:30PM EDT to release it!
This is the first of those in classroom interviews they shot back on March 9.
This is also the first time we see Adelaide Kane in a BTS interview so that's cool too.
All in all it was well worth the wait.
042713 - Final Week on the 1st Twelve
Teen Wolf Cast and Crew will likely wrap principle photography on the first 12 episodes of Season 3 this week.
Holland Roden tweeted her feelings on the milestone -
- @hollandroden - NYC you've been good to us:) MTV upfronts was a blast! Bittersweet- last wk filming s3 of Tw. Hope y'all enjoy it this summer!
We're not reading too much into the "last wk filming s3 of Tw" bit. We know it's a wrap on the first 12.
Of course, after the camera stops rolling there's still a bunch of work to do for Jeff Davis and the editors so work in Teen Wolf Town will continue during the "break".
Tyler Posey changed his profile pic on twitter and the new snap is awesome... bloody awesome.
042613 - Family Dinner
We saw another late night dinner in Teen Wolf Town tonight.
Tyler Hoechlin posted this image of a large collection of cast members to instagram right around 8PM PDT.
So Many Stars!
That's Ian Bohen, Haley Webb, Melissa Ponzio, Linden Ashby, Daniel Sharman, Crystal Reed, Tyler Hoechlin, Adelaide Kane and JR Bourne.
I don't think we've ever seen this many of them together at one time yet this season.
Missing from the photo is Dylan O'Brien, I'm not sure where he is. Tyler Posey and Holland Roden are still on the east coast, Brooklyn to be specific.
Holland described this pose as "Hat Hipsters".
We've got more on the why of Holland and Posey midweek flight to New York up now in the Teen Wolf News.
They were supposed to be present for part of the scenes set for today - they tried to bring in Photo Doubles of both Posey and Dylan so they could shoot without them.

Photo doubles are usually used for shots where the actor’s face doesn’t show.
042513 - Posey To New York?
Teen Wolf Tyler Posey isn't on set today.
He flew out to New York City late on Wednesday Night and instagrammed us a shot of the terminal at JFK Airport and then Vined various views of his hotel room.
It's a little early for pre-publicity for Season 3 but I expect we'll see him at MTV's Main Studio at some point during this trip.
Turns out that handsome wolf we saw on set this week won't appear in a single episode... he may well appear in EVERY episode.
Ken Pelletier, the artist responsible for Teen Wolf's amazing opening credit sequence in Season 2, was on set with the wolf.
He posted a few pics to instagram showing animal actor Ronnie doing his thang.
It's likely that Pelletier is working on the promised new opening credit sequence for Season 3 and that our wolf friend is part of that.
I'm not sure about the hand coming out of the greenscreen dirt but it was taken around the same time as the others so I included it here.
Official Teen Wolf sources released a couple of images today as well.
First on tumblr we got this one of a morgue scene shot back in mid-march.
Then, MTV's Casting and Talent guy Danny Zaccagnino released this picture of Tyler Posey and CATFISH star Nev Schulman.
Why Nev is shirtless we don't know.
Why Tyler looks so nervous is prolly cause of the mossy near naked guy standing next to him.
BTW - we now know why Tyler flew off to New York City in the middle of the week.
According to Zaccagnino, the network is doing what they call upfronts this week. That's where they display some footage from their various shows to advertisers and some national media and hopefully book early commercial buys.
Most of the industry does this in May but MTV and other cable nets are on a different schedule.
We got one spoiler thanks to the MTV Upfront 2013 - confirmation of the title for episode 311 - It's already been reported but now we have an actual source.
This was signed by Tyler Posey as a gift to writer Brian Tuft.
Apparently the instagrammers at the event were far more taken with the other talent than with our friends Tyler and Holland Roden.
We only got one pic of them on stage, a blurry one at that, while other show's cast and performers were well represented at #MTVUpfront.
042413 - Symbols on Set
Teen Wolf's Remote Control Blog is teasing the Symbologists in the fandom with three new pictures from set.
The most interesting is what appears to be a Celtic Fivefold painted on a tree.
You can check out all three and see what Jeff has to say about it over at MTV.com.
I found more information about that real wolf that showed up at Teen Wolf HQ yesterday.
It's from Santa Clarita Animals in, as you might expect, Santa Clarita, California.
They supply movie and TV productions with trained animals.
There is woefully little about the specific animal actors so I don't have this handsome pups name or other shows/movies he might have done.
Apparently the wolf dog hybrid is named Ron or Ronnie. I still don't know what other shows he's done.
According to his trainer, Brandi Barker, the cast was very excited to have this handsome canine on set.
042313 - Sneaking up on Jeff
Jeff Davis is one person we really don't see enough of in these Behind the Scenes stories.
We got a little Jeff today thanks to a new Vine Video from Tyler Posey.
The video was a little blurry because Posey was on his skateboard at the time. We also blurred it a bit more just to make sure nothing important is showing.
OMG A REAL WOLF!
This is the first official appearance of a real wolf on the Teen Wolf Set. (The Promo doesn't count cause it wasn't for an episode)
I'm not sure if this is Shadow, the wolf used in the promo, but it looks like similar coloring and such.
Here's hoping this handsome beast is on site for a scene or two in the episode they're shooting now.
042213 - Back to the Hospital
Melissa Ponzio (Melissa McCall) started off the week with another cryptic scene heading.

They're apparently returning to Beacon Hills Memorial after a couple days on location in Griffith Park.
We've got another image of that wooded area where Scott, Isaac, Derek and Stiles were spotted doing scenes last week.
You can see a shot of Tyler Posey in the monitor.
They're back at Teen Wolf HQ and it's apparently going to be another long night on set.
Orny Adams (Bobby Finstock) caught up with the actors during their "Lunch" around 10PM PDT.
Looks like Holland is having "just water" while the boys chow down.
042013 - I Have No Words
I can't for the life of me figure out what the what is happening in Teen Wolf Official's latest Vine Video.
I have no idea what's going on in Teen Wolf Land.
That's Tyler Oakley there with Shantal Rhodes on the set Matt McDonough showed us last night.
Tyler Oakley is a blogger and has a three quarters of a million strong YouTube following. He reports via twitter that he's been on set for two days.
My guess is that this is part of some sort of promotional interview show that will air just before or during Season 3.
That's just a guess - it's equally possible that erbody out there has simply lost their damn minds.
While the goofy stuff was going down at TWHQ - the serious business of Season 3 was taking place in Griffith Park.
These shots from a crew member show the general woodiness of the location while some instagrams from some lucky, lucky fans show who all is on site.

041813 - A Dark and Stormy
We've done it again.
Teen Wolf Fandom has apparently broken another good man's sanity.
Matt McDonough, he who runs all that is Teen Wolf on the internet, post this image to Instagram late on Thursday.
He captioned it simply #work.
I think it's clear that all the pressure we exert on the Teen Wolf Family has become too much for Mr. McDonough.
Seriously though, check out that room.
What's with the conspiracy lines on the bulletin board, the homemade BHHS pennant, the lacrosse stick and lava lamp?
Oh and the wolf mask is pretty freaky too.
Seems all that rain we saw when they were filming Episode 10 was just the beginning of the storm.
Early Thursday morning, JR Bourne treated us to a couple of Vine Videos showing extensive wind damage in Beacon Hills.
Looks like the the extent of the damages is some downed tree limbs but it's a mess, especially in what appears to be part of the Hospital Set.

041713 - Episode 311
Teen Wolf Official released an interesting pic late on Wednesday afternoon -
According to Teen Wolf Twitter, this is Posey recording his howls.
My favorite thing about this picture is the tiny little photobomb by the PUPPY in the picture on the wall. He's all like "Dude! What's all that?!"
Also notable here, the trickle of blood on his temple is the same that we saw back on April 4th in his now classic Vine Video Where is Erbody?!.
So either this pic was taken back then or he's been sporting that wound for two episodes now.
As we reported a couple days ago, Shantal Rhodes is back on the Teen Wolf Set today.
That's Dylan O'Brien and Holland Roden with her in the pic. It's too small for me to be sure but I think that's director Tim Andrew with them in what appears to be a Laundry Room set.
The image and info comes from MTV's Remote Control blog. It's a pretty good article except for one infuriating misstatement -
- The fan-turned-actress made a splash (literally) when she tried to sober up a hallucinating Stiles' during Lydia's trippy birthday party in Season 2...
Yeah, um no.
Shantal was an actor long before the first episode of Teen Wolf aired on MTV.
She's been on stage since she was like 9 years old. She's a veteran actor.
One bit of new information from the article - Shantal will appear in Episode 2 filmed just before the holiday break in December and the currently filming Episode 11.
The episode also includes Sheriff Stilinski. It's the first time Shantal had a chance to meet fellow actor Linden Ashby.
We're hearing from E! Online that the episode is called Alpha Pact but they don't quote a source so it's not official.
EXTRA - The "Hiatus"
I didn't catch this early - the bad information has been flowing on this topic for a while and I didn't notice.
Teen Wolf is not done filming the first 12 episodes.
They are not yet on their "hiatus" between filming the two 12 episode blocks.
They are just now getting into Episode 11.
The bad information started with this video.
In it, Tyler Hoechlin says "We’re almost done with the first 12. So we’re excited to get our little break and then get back to work."
The key word in that statement is "almost"
Later in the video, Crystal Reed says "We’re about to go on hiatus for three months and then come back and film the next 12 so I’m really excited to come back and see what they have in store for us."
The key phrase there is "about to".
At this point - the Teen Wolf Team has spent more than 70 days during the last 5 months filming the show.
They now have about two weeks left until their break. So, from their perspective, they are indeed "almost" done and "about to" get some time off.
Scripts for Episode 311 just went out according to Linden Ashby who tweeted this on Saturday.
Now that we've settled that bit of misinformation - on to some fun stuff.
The folks at Clevver TV are awesome and seem to be genuine fans of the show.

The Twins interview is by far the best of the bunch.
I was excited to see Dylan O'Brien's but he continues to stumble when faced with a microphone.
041613 - Vine Bears Strange Fruit
Now that the excitement of the MTV Movie Awards has died down, Teen Wolf HQ will get back to work.
According to Linden Ashby the script for Episode 11 is complete and awesome and according to Shantal Rhodes she'll be returning for more scenes.
She shared her plane ticket on instagram early Monday.
- So this is happening right now! So excited to be seeing my #TeenWolf family again!
Also this week we've seen a good bit of Dylan O'Brien behind the scenes thanks in part to the Vine Video app for iPhone.
The first image isfrom a video Posey posted late Sunday night the other is from a bizarre exchange between Dylan and Crystal Reed involving hair care spray and captured on video by JR Bourne.

041413 - Teen Wolf at the Movie Awards

The Teen Wolf Family is out amongst the Hollywood stars at the MTV Movie Awards Ceremony in Los Angeles tonight.
Holland Roden is working the event for MTV Style and Dylan O'Brien made her work harder than any other star on the red carpet tonight.

041313 - Season 3 Promo
The first commercial for Teen Wolf Season 3 will air Sunday during the MTV Movie Awards.
They shot the spot back in March in a field down near Thousand Oaks California.
We've got more of what you can expect from this season's promotional push up now in today's Teen Wolf News.
Meagan Tandy - back on set.
We saw more long night shoots this week and the return of Meagan Tandy to the Teen Wolf Set.
Much of this week's shoot seemed to focus on the Hospital set again. We got numerous shots from Teen Wolf Official.
If they're still on schedule, they should be getting into Episode 11.
041113 - BTS Sheriff
One thing we don't get enough of is behind the scenes shots of Linden Ashby.
Thanks to another Vine Video from Tyler Posey we have a couple more.
These are from the Episode 9 shoot at Pacific Palisades Charter High School back in March.
Also on Thursday, Fear.net posted their interviews from WonderCon in which Tyler Posey gives us a spoiler about Jackson's whereabouts in Season 3.

041013 - Insanely Awesome Thing
On the heels of yesterday's BTS video with the Teen Wolf Monster Makers, we got this image from Almost Human FX -
That's what you call "Life Sized Awesomeness".
There was lots and lots of Vine Video nonsense on set today.
The Vine Video app for iPhone is still problematic in other formats. Most of the versions of today's videos posted to Tumblr won't play.
Here are a couple of links to the videos that might work.
If you can't get them to play you can right click and click "save as" to save it to your computer.
Meagan Tandy is back on set today.
It's unclear if she is in the episode that's filming now or is back at Teen Wolf HQ to do green screen pickup shots for one of the earlier episodes.
Teen Wolf returned to Woodley Park in Van Nuys last week.
Actor Vivian Ahn published this shot of what seems likely to be a very familiar road in Season 3.
The production was in the same location back in December.
A couple of more colorful images from set surfaced on Tuesday - one from Ian Bohen the other from actor Troy Hatt.
040913 - Making Werewolves
The Nerdist Channel just released a new episode of their Fangoria's Blood and Guts show featuring the creature makers from Teen Wolf.
The video was shot while Jeff Davis and Crew were on location just outside Acton, California.
None of the cast appears but it's great stuff for fans who appreciate the art of making monsters.
040813 - In Depth Jeff
I thought I had seen all the media round table interviews with Jeff Davis from WonderCon - apparently I did not.
Somehow I missed one - Collider.com has their own conversation with Jeff and while the answers he gives are similar to the videos I've seen - much of what he says in this article seems more in depth and offers actual new information.
Highlights include -
- The Stiles/Lydia relationship
- Lydia's "ability"
- The overarching theme of Season 3,
- Colton Haynes' exit
- A new comic book featuring Gerard and the Hunters.

Midday Monday Teen Wolf Official released a new video featuring the Carver Twins working out with Tony Wisniewski.
It's mainly beefcake shots of the boys in various poses and interviews discussing how hard it is to look that good.
Here are a few screencaps for our international visitors who can't access the video in their respective countries.
There was one shot in the video that folks might call "editorial" in that it tells a story beyond just a pretty picture.
Our friend Tyler Hoechlin is tore up from the floor up. Note the blood on his face and within the ripped t-shirt.
Derek has it rough this season!
040613 - Rainy Night in Beacon Hills
You've heard that a picture is worth a thousand words?
This one tells us so much about Episode 10 that it's almost a spoiler.
In this single image taken by instagram user sisicp during last night's shoot - we have what appears to be Stiles' Jeep outside Beacon Hills Hospital on a dark and stormy night.
Coming on the heels of the Memorial Concert they shot a couple weeks ago, this does not bode well for our heroes as they reach the end of the first 12 episode arc.
Further proof that things get traumatic in Season 3 -
This shot from Teen Wolf Official seems to show people running AWAY from the Emergency Room at Beacon Hills Hospital.
It's an undated shot - and they have somewhat different lighting and camera positioning than we saw in shots from last night - so there's no way to tell when it was taken.
040513 - No Weekend For The Wolf
It seems part of the Teen Wolf family will be working late on Friday.
Around 4:45PM PDT, Melissa Ponzio tweeted -

That's the scene heading from a script.
For those who don't know -
INT. means Interior, suggesting the scene takes place at least partially inside.
HOSPITAL would likely be Beacon Hills Hospital.
NIGHT means it's dark out.
The tweet came in just before Melissa sat down with her TV son, Tyler Posey, to make another video with the Vine App for iPhone.
A few things we can tell from the latest film entitled Chicken wings.
- Today was a late call since it's 4:45PM PDT on the clock behind him.
- That hospital scene Melissa tweeted is likely filming since she appears to be wearing her hospital scrubs.
- Tyler Posey likes Chicken Wings and will grin like a goof at the very thought.
We got more from the Hospital Scene when Actor Warren Burke instagramed this image from set (a definite no-no BTW) Friday evening.
Also, one lucky fan got a peek at the set tonight from her own backyard.
We won't be reporting the source on that picture because it would give away the location of an active set.
Teen Wolf Official also released new BTS stuff on Tumblr on Friday.
That's Tyler Hoechlin in an undated photo along with a couple of others in werewolf makeup.

040413 - Parental Units on Set
Late on Wednesday, around 11PM PDT, a couple of the Teen Wolf Parents were still on set.
Melissa Ponzio (Melissa McCall) and JR Bourne (Chris Argent) appeared to be working late.
Right at 2PM PDT on Thursday, Tyler Posey kinda explains why Ponzio was wearing those scrubs.
In his latest film via the Vine App for iPhone, Posey explores an abandoned Beacon Hills Hospital set.
His latest 6 second epic, titled Where is everybody?!, shows a marked improvement in production values from Posey's earlier work.
Watch it in all its quick cut glory at his Twitter Page.
Note the use of lens flare and the tiny, almost subtle, trickle of blood which might be for filming a later scene but that this reviewer chooses to believe was added especially for Posey's production.
It's clear that he has the natural instincts of a good director.
040313 - Hidden Gems
We're waiting for something new from Teen Wolf Official (Matt hinted at it yesterday) but otherwise everything is quite at Teen Wolf HQ so far on Wednesday.
OKAY - So Teen Wolf's Social Media Matt did not disappoint!
Head over to the Remote Control Blog for some seriously cute BTS stuff with Dylan O'Brien and a shot from that big Green Screen shoot they did last week.
There's more over at MTV.com - including a creepy choir that's providing backing vocals for the Season 3 Soundtrack.
It seems like another chill day on set. Tyler Hoechlin instagramed us this picture around 6PM PST.
Hoechlin calls this "working" looks more like Tyler Posey, Ian Bohen and Dylan O'Brien are just chillin' behind the scenes tonight.
Of course there's always something new out there if you dig deep enough - like this set of as yet unseen interviews from WonderCon.
The interviewer is a bit scattered and the Dylan O'Brien portion is literally one sentence long but there are a couple new insights from Posey so it's worth 4 minutes of your life.
This next one from the folks at ClevverTV - a very attractive blond interviews Jeff.
There's nothing new here... but she is a very attractive blond.
040213 - Posey Goofing Off
The Teen Wolf Cast and crew are back from a long weekend but it doesn't seem to be a very busy day in Beacon Hills.
Tyler Posey had time to do a bit of Hitchcockian film making with the help of a young woman named Kara or Cara.
